I am a software engineer and belongs to HYDERABAD city. I will definitely support the Shehneela's point of view, but here I would like to clarify that youngster of Hyderabad especially, don't lack in talent. They are very hard working, committed and result oriented. People here are lacking in Leadership, Vision and Support.

I have traveled many cities of Pakistan and have worked and studied in Hyderabad, Islamabad and Karachi.

I am currently working on some new ideas and projects in Hyderabad.
I would like to meet innovative and technological people so that we could we could come up with some new IDEAS and Solutions.

I would like to invite Shehneela to discuss on problems that we have and to provide their easy and adaptable solutions.

I am in full support of the idea.
Let me know how can I help you people. You can contact me via email.

@ehsan, yes Hyderabad is a very small place when it comes to the intellect. We need alot more development there. I belong to hyderabad and have lived all my school life there. But once you out of hyderabad you just cant go back there. why? cause its a place where you feel you are cut off from the rest of the world, its a place where people are still stuck in petty issues like who is going out with whom, its a place where schools are not providing the desired level of education (minus a few only), and its a place where there people donot understand the need of promoting culture. By culture I mean the art culture. How many art galleries are there?or coffee house for that matter, where you can indulge in a debate? To be honest besides a govt job/teaching/back job how may other job does the city offer (especially for girls) and how many girls actually go out and work? These small things account to the intellect of the city.
Which is exactly what we need to work on. not just hyderabad but every city of Pakistan.

I would mark a 4 thumbs-up ranking for this idea!

Blog is still a thing unknown for them - the people living in smaller cities and towns of the country. And what I see is that by not having them on board for blogging we're not just losing ground of a strong blogosphere, but also are left empty of richness of thoughts which they might have in their chests.

Another point: Provided that people, esp. youngsters, from all parts of the country start writing blogs and all, we would be able to have diversity of opinions where we have, sorry to all bloggers, all the same blog posts of ramblings.

True as it is that the rural areas have purity of culture and thoughts (I mean they don't know the 'sophistications' of speech which we - the lot living in urban areas) as well, we would be able to know what they think of the current situation prevailing in the country and the world, or what and how is their outlook towards the computers and internet and other new trends.

So, bloggers meet-up sessions should be scheduled in the cities and towns of Pakistan other than just Lahore, Karachi, etc.
